Google MapsI visited this store on 12 Oct around 3 pm to drop off some donations. I know the staff at the counter is a volunteer, but it’s disappointing to see an attitude like, ‘I’m not getting paid, so why put in the effort.’ Why volunteer if you’re not willing to put in some basic customer service?

Google MapsGood range of clothing. Unfortunately very overpriced for an op shop. I have sadly been going here less frequently due to the increase in prices. A used but good brand item of clothing will set you back $10-$15.

Google MapsIt’s a decent,large store that is quite well organised. They get some some nice things donated. However, their prices are ridiculously high on most items. It’s almost retail,or antique store cost. It’s not really a thrift shop. I am donating my reusable goods to other stores who pass on the charity.

Google MapsBeen shopping here since the 90s and only in the last 2 to 3 years when bric a bric and kitchenwares are way way overpriced. Chinese incomplete dinner set for $200?? A glass jug $30 and etc. an incomplete 18 piece odd set of English china at $190?? the old lady whose doing the pricing is over pricing items. I shop at Vinnies Brookvale now. Way better quality items and prices are fair and realistic. Manager prices items accordingly which is what Burwood store should do. Keep this overpricing up and you’ll loose more and more customers. For the demographic Burwood store is located is way overpriced. The store are Paddington and Darlinghurst is so reasonably priced considering their rent is possibly more.
