Google MapsI went to Vinnies Burwood 3 months ago, and today, found the price is increasing for the majority of the dresses. A dress with tag and little bulky color, sold for 16$ only 8$ cheaper than its new price on the store.

Google MapsA good range of items but very overpriced, such as a kids t-shirt for $25! I donate here frequently to try and help others out, however I am not sure the others will be able to afford the high prices. Customer service is terrible - the staff look like they don't enjoy the job.

Google MapsOut of all the op shops I've been to, this is one that over prices their items and clothing. Most of their clothes e.g. dresses are at least $25 - $50, prices that can easily buy brand new clothing. I would recommend this shop to lower their prices to actually match the quality of the items and clothing, orelse they will have very little sales.

Google MapsSeverely overpriced since new management, which is awful for a charity shop that is suppose to be selling affordable items to the community. There is currently a chair in the window that is $385! And dresses in there for $25! Unfortunate because the space is great and easy to look around.

Google MapsThis is a donation review. For many years I have donated to Op shops, always as thoughtfully as possible (ie. selectively donating items in new or good condition) and I have to say the experience isn’t always pleasant. Understand alot of people try to donate items in terrible condition which become a burden for the charity to dispose of. However I phoned in advance, described the items to a friendly person who said they would definitely like to have them and I could unload them in the back lane (call ahead to check this as it seemed this isn’t always open). We unloaded at the back entrance easily and were met by another lovely person happy to sort through the small minority of “maybe-not” saleable items. All in all it was a great experience and I hope these items all find a second life / out of landfill and the charity is supported along the way. Thankyou Vinnies Burwood!
