Find providers on our website

Your directory, in a conversation

Built for participants, families and support coordinators who want a starting point for comparing providers.

Describe the support you need

Search by support category or provider name. Explore service categories when you are unsure where to start.

Find providers in your area

Filter by state, city, suburb or postcode to find providers with directory outlets in that location.

Take a closer look

Read public profiles, see available contact details, and follow source links back to the directory.

Start with a simple question

Once the plugin launches, add it in ChatGPT and try one of these prompts. Follow up to explore a provider’s public profile.

A service and a general suburb or city are enough to start. The plugin does not need your NDIS number, diagnosis or plan documents.

Example prompts

  1. “Find registered NDIS therapy providers in Melbourne, VIC.”

  2. “Find NDIS support coordinators in Sydney, NSW.”

  3. “Tell me more about the first provider and how I can contact them.”

A starting point for your shortlist

The plugin searches public directory information. It cannot book services, send enquiries, access participant accounts, assess funding eligibility or give medical advice. Directory categories can be broad; confirm specific therapies, current registration, service coverage, prices and vacancies directly with the provider.
