These guys are great. They're super responsive to all my needs, and are always really professional. Never late to shifts, never neglect their duties.

The best service available. Continously exceeds expectations. This is extremely relevant as anyone that has utilised these types of services knows how difficult it is to find quality. We have known some of the staff for almost 4 years. This was prior to the formation of Apex Carers. The support, attitude and genuine respect they have for the individuals and their needs is exemplary. We did not hesitate in transferring to Apex when they started and they have proven themselves as a Tier One provider. We still utilise their service. Our search for a solution (and it was a complex, challenging solution) is over. 5 Stars earned, pity there isn't any more stars to give!

This support service did not meet our expectations: 1. in terms of support for the individual 2. nor administrative response to requests for policy/procedural information. I understand not every service will meet every requirement.

We've had a fantastic experience with Apex Community Carers as our NDIS service provider. The team has been incredibly supportive, professional, and committed to helping participants live more independently and confidently. From personal care (0107) and daily living support (0115) to household tasks (0120) and community participation (0125) — every service has been delivered with great care and consistency. Their transport assistance (0108) is always reliable, and their focus on life skills development (0117) has made a real difference. A special shout-out to Alev, who has gone above and beyond with her support. She’s responsive, caring, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly — her dedication truly stands out. Highly recommend Apex Carers to anyone seeking reliable, person-centered NDIS support.
