Delighted with Barkers, David's wealth of knowledge and Kevin's installation! Quite surprised at affordability of product. My first visit to a mobility aids store, won't be my last. A long time back pain sufferer, the combo of electric bed, Australian made mattress (inner spring with memory foam) and the satin inlaid fitted sheet to help me turn at night took away so much built up strain. Relief is nearer than you think. Thanks guys!

I have sleep apnea and was advised to get an adjustable bed to use in addition to my sleep apnea machine. I did my research of businesses offerings and decided to check out Barkers range. They stocked the type of bed I wanted and priced it considerably less than other competitors. The mattress was also locally made meaning I was supporting local manufacturers. The selection process was made easy given David's knowledge of the product and I could get delivery within two days. With the bed and base I was given a free mattress protector and pillow plus discounts on the retail price of bed linen to suit the bed. Delivery occurred as organised and David's delivery team installed the bed and provided training on how to use the functionality of the bed. Finally, they took away my old bed and base meaning I didn't have the hassle of trying to get rid of it myself. All in all my experience with Barkers throughout this process was second to none and as such I highly recommend them for anyone looking for bedding or mobility products.

I had previously dealt with Barkers(for a bed), and the service was good, went looking for a sit-to-stand chair, so went back to Barkers, who looked after me. With no pushy sales people it was a great experience.

And so after 20 years in the queenbed with mattress, a painful back a decision had to be made. The hunt began, gee so many beds, matttress, pillows to research. Decided to go local and after noting a local newspaper advert Barkers bedding and mobility shop in Midland Gate was the one. With the help from Mary and her husband l made my choice and today the bed and frame sheets and topper arrived as planned. Bye bye old bed where its gone, l dont know. Well I have been in business for many years and now retired looking to purchase products and until I met David from Barkers Furniture people were just useless at helping me out in every area. Even my provider was difficult to deal with but upon meeting David it added up so easily and I purchased scooter and bedding and equipment within a couple of days and delivery within a couple of weeks Very happy definitely 5 star service and sales with a smile.
