Best little cafe around. Beautiful fresh sandwiches, awesome salads and possibly the best chicken burger I've ever had. Thanks for the tasty lunches. The kitchen & cafe staff definitely deserve a pay rise. ❤️

We had spent weeks helping our mother who has an acquired brain injury feel comfortable having services in her home. Mum has issues with continence and uses a 4wf and would not shower unless reminded and assisted. During a visit, a carer from Burnie Brae “helped” mum to cancel all her personal hygiene services. The other carer had put so much effort into helping mum feel comfortable and recognised the challenge of helping someone with poor insight understand their need for help. Now we are back to square one and I am doing all her personal care.

My 94 yo mum has been using Burnie Brae for years. Today, I called about an urgent issue in her bathroom and there was a plumber there within 90 minutes. Like honestly… how good is that! The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful, the plumber efficient and also helpful.. thanks Burnie Brae and Ross Plumbing!!

Burnie Brae has great activities & facilities & I've enjoyed several of these over the years. I find that it is getting so busy in the carpark & harder to park in the streets surrounding. Any hints? I've tried arriving early but this hasn't helped. I also love line dancing, but find that the class is getting so big in numbers & am feeling squashed in. I have noticed that some other classes say "currently full" or "latecomers not admitted".

You get it all there. Hairdresser super nice, travel agent couldn't be better. Cafe has good quality products and value for money.
