I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at caring hearts who took such great care of my dad at their home . The care home was clean with a lovely movie area which was both comfortable and homely . The staff act more like a caring member of the family and really listen to the needs of the individual while being respectful & dignifying them. A special thanks to Adam who was fantastic at managing his respite stay , he responded to every call, question and message quickly and efficiently to Sonja Raj who is such a beautiful hearted women and truely cares, respects and understands the needs of her individual clients and most importantly makes the effort to learn about them to elevate the level of care she can show .

Our experience with caring hearts in NDIS Social & Community Participation has been wonderful. The engaging programs facilitated social inclusion, and the caring staff made our family member feel valued and supported. Truly grateful!
