Good service and very reliable. The only thing to keep in mind is the pricing. The call-out fee is $165, which I found a bit higher than I expected, especially compared to previous experiences where I paid $80 or $90. After that, they charge $42 per 15 minutes, which I think is reasonable. In total, I paid $320 to have a blocked toilet fixed. Despite the higher initial fee, the quality of service was good!

Had a quote over the phone after the issue told. Unexpected invoice came through , they charge call out fee $ 165 on the top of the labour and material charges Concerned as nothing was mentioned about it while providing quote . Send them emails to clarify - no replies Rang them multiple times picked up once only and I was told it’s the travel cost of plumbers. Hired plumbers before never had such a kind of issue. Poor customer communication skills, Two star is only that the job was done.

This company is wonderful to deal with on time and great job done.

Great work... saved us with a temporary fix on Christmas eve at very short notice and then followed up with the permanent repair with an excellent standard of work!
