I spoke with Tamie over text regarding our plumbing issue, and she handled everything professionally. One of their workers came out to inspect our property for a quote. We needed the work done urgently, but we didn't receive confirmation about their availability soon enough, so we hired another company instead. I was shocked to later receive an email with a $236 bill. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to visit a property and handle the admin work, and I would have been happy to pay if this fee had been communicated upfront. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The company really needs to reconsider its process, as clients should never be surprised with unexpected fees—especially of this amount. I’m glad we ended up choosing another company that was open and transparent with their pricing. They found additional issues, and although the total cost was nearly $5,000, every fee was communicated clearly in advance, and we agreed to all charges. That’s the level of honesty and professionalism clients deserve.
