They were friendly, respectful and courteous and gave us confidence in their work and the efficiency of the lift. They removed all packing materials and cleaned the worksite thoroughly before leaving. We would be happy to use their Company again.

Google MapsFurther to my earlier review fast forward to now and our Compact Home Lift installation has now been completed and we are now enjoying using the lift. A big "thank you" to James Nicholson who organised and coordinated the install - he was in constant communication with us and was able to answer any questions we had along the way. The install process was professional and always done with customer satisfaction top of mind. Thanks James - it was a pleasure dealing with you I would also like to thank Marcus for his assistance early in the project where he was able to explain in a way my wife and I could understand what the process would be by having a Compact Home Lift in our home. Marcus gave us lift placement options which we had not considered and thanks to Marcus' input the lift placement was perfect for our home I can highly recommend the Compact Home Lift team who at all times exceeded our expectations - thank you to all involved Visited the showroom today and met with Sahara. Her product knowledge was excellent and she was able to answer all the questions my wife and I had about the home lift we were looking at.
