Doability Pty Ltd

A wonderful experience. Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Went out of their way to help us. Recieved our stroller the next day. Highly recommend

I’m very happy with the service provided by your company. Quick delivery time. Friendly staff and happy with my purchase.

I needed to hire a recliner quickly until my purchased recliner arrived as my husband was coming home from hospital that day. The team at DoAbility went above and beyond and delivered a recliner that afternoon and returned the following week to pick up the hired chair. Nathan delivered and collected promptly within the designated time frame and was very professional. Thank you so much.

Quick delivery from Melbourne to Brisbane. High quality product and super helpful with organising invoices through my ndis funding. Super easy assembly, I didnt even need to use the manual. Highly recommend DoAbility.

I ordered a table through NDIS marked as 'in stock'. After 3 weeks of no contact from them and no email response, I finally get a reply saying they have no stock! 6 week wait! Against ACCC guidelines to be taking payment for items they don't have in stock without clearly explaining this. The fact I had to email them multiple times just isnt good enough. Ive requested a refund so I can purchase elsewhere, if that doesnt happen promptly I will be reporting to NDIS and ACCC. My 3 year old now has no equipment to set him up and they're holding his funding.
