Was inquiring about a bicycle for my son who’s capable of riding a standard ladies bike with training wheels. I was told the bicycle will be around $2,800. And they insisted that I can only get it thru NDIS. Looks to me this is business ripping off the NDIS by charging that much for a bicycle. Wow. I’m sure there are many who would be happy to bill the NDIS to get this but would not pay out of pocket. Disgusting and disgraceful.

Freedom Wheels has made a sixty year dream come true! Finally I can ride! Today I became the proud owner of my trike. The initial OT assessment was awesome. I couldn’t believe I was riding within minutes. The staff said they had NEVER seen anyone as excited and happy at a trial. Follow up was excellent and then, about two months ago, Freedom phoned to say I had my trike had been funded! I was crying with happiness and disbelief. John delivered my trike today and checked that I was comfortable riding it. The biggest THANK YOU 🙏🏻 is inadequate 👏

These guys are angels in disguise, always coming to my rescue! As a high level quadriplegic, i rely on so many things in life to achieve my independence, much of which is not available off the shelf. This has meant that i've had to put my life on hold time and time again. Now though, thanks to Freedom Solutions and their amazing staff, this is no longer an issue - in fact, their incredible and unique services have given me the confidence and independence i only ever dreamed were possible. I cannot praise them enough!
