First key worker was good. She left and there was no communication to advise us. Went 6 weeks without any contact Second key worker started off okay but it soon became clear that she wouldn’t listen to me and my concerns nor did she understand what she was doing

Working with Jesse has been an absolute pleasure. He is a very well mannered, positive young man who is always on time, very dedicated and a wonderful role model for my 8 year old son. Love having Jesse as both a support worker through Hire Up and a therapy assistant through I Can Jump Puddles. Definitely recommend Jesse. He juggles many different roles and is great at all of them !

I’ve been with ICJP for several years now for services including support coordination to physio. I’ve found them to be very good at person-centred support, and many of the staff I’ve met have been positive, friendly, well-qualified, and truly helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We use this service which was recommended by another reputable provider. Fearing the negativity around the NDIS through the media, we were cautious. Twelve months on, I couldn't be happier & at ease with their services. They are highly professional, highly efficient, ethical & very transparent in their business transactions relating to our package. Looking forward to continuing our association with them well into the future.

Cancelled my son’s appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice and said they could no longer offer a mobile service. I had taken time off work for a two hour pre-appointment (and paid for it), worked with my son’s school to rearrange his timetable, arranged a room for sessions in school, organised paperwork and then less than 24 hours before his first appointment, they phoned to say they can no longer offer a mobile service. I work full time and already spend hours driving my son to appointments. I can’t skip any more work. I have to start the entire process again to find someone new, while my son continues to go without support.
