Kazz & Co Pty. Ltd

Some of the worst drivers in Bendigo all seem to be in kazz and co company cars, not a good look for the business

We as a family have been lucky enough to have the support by Kazz & Co for over a year now. Kazz & Co have been a breath of fresh air for our family. There is just no comparison to the support received by Kazz & Co. Kazz is always showing respect, empathy and compassion helping our brother with his daily needs. We know our brother is not easy to support, although Kazz has created a support team that works for all involved. With so many services in place, Kazz always gives 200%, to ensure clear communication and transparency, proving positive results. Kazz empowers the whole team to provide the best possible outcome. We could not recommend Kazz & Co highly enough! Thankyou Kazz for providing such a quality service with your entire heart and soul empowering the people you support. We don’t know what we would do without you

Kazz & Co has provided an exemplary service for our daughters needs. This company is deeply involved with the needs of people they support. Genuinely have peace of mind because Kazz & Co are so well organised and professional. Kazz has gone above and beyond to suit our requirements for our daughter. Not enough words to express the gratitude and praise for how Kazz & Co have came into our lives and lifted the the weight and stress from our life. BEST IN BENDIGO BY FAR.

As an NDIS participant, my experience with this provider was extremely disappointing and stressful. I felt that my NDIS funding was exhausted far more quickly than expected, and I noticed what appeared to be charges for additional support hours and kilometres that were not actually used during my shifts. This left me questioning the accuracy and transparency of the company's billing practices. I also became aware of concerns that money allegedly obtained through inappropriate NDIS billing was being used for personal purchases, including jewellery, which was deeply upsetting given that these funds are intended to support people living with disabilities. Another major concern was the treatment of support workers. Many of the workers who supported me were compassionate and dedicated, but several expressed that they were unhappy due to low pay rates, poor treatment from management, and a lack of support from the company's managers and director. Some told me they wanted to leave the company but chose to stay because they genuinely cared about the participants they were supporting, including me. The support workers were often the only positive aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, concerns about billing practices, management conduct, and the overall culture of the organisation have left me with little confidence in this provider. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to other NDIS participants or their families.
