Hi guys I have had a great experience with buying this chair, very friendly staff from sales to warehouse, keeping me up to date with the delivery of my chair in which we didnt have to lift a finger, I did have a problem which was handled extremely professionally And over and above expectations With thanks to all staff, and special thanks to Leon who didn't give up until all was good. Disgusting company to deal with. Lovely when selling you the chair promising the world!! Offer hassle free money back. Then charge you original delivery fee plus return shipping and 8.5% of chair price restocking fee! Don’t even supply terms and conditions until after the sale (with invoice -small print)! $1600 for a chair trial that doesn’t work as advised. Now they are rude and unhelpful, just plain nasty!! Misleading and deceitful company. They were aware of my work injuries and that I’m unable to work!!!! Sickening… SHAME ON YOU!!!

Massage chair (dual pro) has been the best purchase of my life. It’s saved me from regular remedial massage visits, and has allowed me to get rid of most of my tension headaches. I had an issue with the sales team providing me the discounted price that was published online, with countless attempts to get them to honour it. Finally, the CEO called me and apologised for the confusion and agreed to honour the discounted price that was published online by their previous marketing company. It was a bit annoying that I had to push for this but they came through in the end. Ultimately, they provide high quality chairs and their delivery/install team were fantastic, and so I would recommend them.

I purchased the Physio+ massage chair. I received excellent staff assistance during the purchase, and am so pleased with my chair. I have degenerative changes in my spine and I really feel this helps with the aches and pains. My only issue is that I was charged a delivery fee which I don't remember being informed about.
