Absolutely outstanding experience at MedPhys Rehabilitation! Joe, has been instrumental in my recovery following an accident which affected my shoulder, back, and hip. His expertise, combined with chiropractic treatment, has made a remarkable difference to my posture and my daily living. I’ve been working with Joe (exercise physiologist) for well over 6 months now, focusing on developing the muscles around my knees to stop knee pain. I’ve come a long way, from what use to be near daily pain to now short lived, intermittent pain from doing something that I know I shouldn’t. Joe takes his time to explain everything and makes sure I understand before moving on, modifying his pace to my personal needs. Needless to say, I’ll happily visit Joe with any problem I have, knowing with confidence he’ll have some way to help me.

I've had the pleasure to come across MedPhys Rehabilitation through the recommendation of a friend and have been utterly impressed by the level of physiotherapy they provide. I've been seeing Joe over the last 5 months for exercise physiolog and in that period have come to trust every exercise given and advice provided. Joe's helped me recover from a grade 3 ACL tear in a matter of months by providing in-depth recovery exercises and giving me insight into my strength levels, always aligning with my goals, and never comprising my recovery of my knee the whole time. I've found myself stronger and more confident in my knee since, and I would recommend their services to friends and family from my positive experience.
