Google Mapsmy name is damien. i'm 71 yo. i broke my wrist last friday 7 nov 25 in a driveway in the rain. reception at mmc were calming, quick and professional. Esther the examining doctor was considerate, rational, decisive and comforting. The Registrar diagnosed the break, explained the situation at length and then he, Esther and Josh emergency nurse performed whatever the procedure was that was called for. They were in control, utterly calm, practised and i felt 100 percent very well looked after. The after-care in Short Stay was equally good. The day-time Registrar, Senior NURSE in charge of ER and the senior Clinician came to see me and explained what they thought they might have to do in order to follow up the over-night procedure. The plaster cast was cut off and following further X-ray, the wrist and fore-arm were re-plastered and discharge followed. I cannot praise the thoroughness and professionalism and good humour of all staff highly enough. it's no wonder that healthcare in this country is roundly considered to be the best in the world. Because it is.
