Google MapsMy father was admitted through the Emergency Department at Monash Hospital, and the care he received was excellent. Every staff member explained the treatment clearly and took very good care of him throughout. The team was supportive, positive, and professional, which made a difficult time much easier for our family. The entire treatment process was smooth and well managed

Google MapsOn 24 th march nearly 10:00 pm a half bald man behind the desk was very rude to me I was there for half headache pain and heaviness on the left side but when I asked for waiting time he was very rude to me. No one has ever came to me for checking my blood pressure even if on my request. Other people with green holder was going inside first while I was with yellow folder no one came to me. He told me no one has came to see me because it was not life threatening and google does not have the degree. How a patient knows it is life threatening or not? That’s why people come to the hospital. The staff and receptionist is not caring at all. That man is the only reason I walked away don’t recommend at all

Google MapsI have been to Monash for brief stay in Jesse McPherson private and I have been to their MRI department and I have always found all staff to be very friendly and professional but of course medical workers are underpaid! They seem to be expanding carpark and I notice their overpriced giftshop closed. They have a cafe that offers a lot of hot and cold dishes too. 24.10 here and see carpark upgrade finished and also not only has Cafe reopened, there's now two of them. Had time to kill so checked put offerings in Gift Shop, got takeaway coffee (decaf soy latte) and resisted the lure of the potato cake!

Google MapsI suffered a Subdura Haematoma (brain bleed between the brain sack and skull) on 13th November and transported to Monash Clayton via ambulance patient transport. Admittance through Emergency was prompt, and the admitting team were excellent. I found the different nurses that assisted me to be caring and extremely helpful during my 15 day stay. The Neurosurgical team were excellent as was their follow up post surgery. Further, I was happy with the meal choices and meals had good flavour. Home recovering fully now, getting better every day. I feel very lucky to have gotten through this issue unscathed! All good! 👏👏👏
