Google MapsWhile I was a patient at Monash Clayton my experience was made absolutely terrible by one nurse in particular who wouldn’t know how to act professionally if she tried. She bullied and threatened me saying my daughter was aggressive when she ran out of the room asking for help, I was throwing from being left in pain and luckily the other patients in the ward were able to help. I was then called abusive when asking for help, all while suffering extreme bone cancer pain. At no stage did we threaten or abuse any staff. She made me feel so uncomfortable I spent 6 days hiding behind the blue curtains to scared to push the call bell for help! She was the abusive and threatening one. I have witnesses that say I was the complete opposite and they also heard the way she spoke to me. She was nurse in charge of ward 44, I will only give a first name OLIVIA. If you happen to stay at this hospital please be aware of Olivia as she made my life hell. I have spent over 2 months at Monash both Clayton and Moorabbin and she is the only one who complained, everyone else was happy that I was going but sad as they said I was a lovely patient. I cannot believe one person can have enough power to mark me as abusive. Luckily I am not and others could see this. I have decided to take it further so she doesn’t have a opportunity to make anyone else feel as uncomfortable as she made me. It was unprofessional and bullying. Be careful on ward 44.

Google MapsI went in through emergency with a letter from specialist, the wait time wasn't too bad and I was admitted that night,they went out of there way to help get me diagnosed the next morning,Neurosurgeon 's are so nice and keep you well informed i will have surgery in a few weeks time. Nurses,food attendances,cleaners all really nice.
