myAutonomy have been very helpful and have explained the NDIS process to me in a way I understand. The staff are very polite and they get back to me promptly with answers to my questions or they email me if needed. I am happy with the service.

As a provider of services, this is a great plan manager to work with! Super speedy response and payment of invoices and small details like including the invoice number in banking payment reference details is so appreciated. Also very approachable and has always provided great communication to my team, but also to my clients as well!
