Oscar Care Pty Ltd

Steve and Toby here. 🐾 Couldn't have felt more welcome and instantly at home. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Best cup of tea in Ballarat, seriously. If only they served lunch. …

Fantastic support. Oscar chairs are amazing. My elderly mother enjoys hers and when needed, a tech visited mum at her nursing home to service the chair. I also have had a number of discussions with various team members. All have been polite, professional and welcoming.

I have been dealing with other companies and been very disappointed with them and their service's. Thanks to Oscar Care they are kind and caring and the way they treat you. I have been purchasing from them at Ballarat Vic wheel chair, beding, toiletries and showering items always on-time or early and they always phone you to let you know. If you have extra questions or concerns they are always kind caring truthfull. All I want to say they are incredible. Very thankful for your kindness.

Had to arrange to purchase non-standard crutches for a family member following a workplace emergency. I called every single provider in Ballarat. Oscar care were the only ones who were able to help and even better they arrived within 24 hours of calling! The staff are so lovely and willing to go that extra step to help me, especially when my brain was definitely subpar! Cannot recommend them highly enough.
