Google MapsAt first glance seems fine, but the sofas, seats, and carpet are filthy. I believe cleanliness is a big issue. There are also issues with the booking system as i saw 4 verbal confrontations or fights between patients and the receptionist in about 3 hours i was there waiting for my turn. Not recommended.

Google MapsThe male receptionist here was very responsible and helpful when I came close to closing time with chest pain. However, the female receptionist should NOT be working in health care and does not have the maturity or compassion to understand about emergency health conditions. I explained it was an emergency yet her expression was indifferent. She was more concerned with vanity and how she looks and comparing her looks to the patient (looking your hair up and down etc) rather than having the mature mindset of being professional and understanding that she is working for a medical centre and not for Mc Donald's! Please fire her immediately as it could have detriments to patients health.

Google MapsI had a very disappointing experience at this medical facility not once but thrice. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. The average waiting time is over 1.5 hours, and even after waiting, the doctors simply walked away as their shift got over. Shockingly, the staff asked us to wait for another 1.5 hours. In total, I waited for almost 4 hours without even getting to meet the doctor. This kind of mismanagement and disregard for patients’ time and health is unacceptable. Patients come here in need of care, not to be ignored. I sincerely hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves their system, otherwise they will continue to lose trust.

Google MapsWorst ever medical centre that ai have ever been to. I went there at 3pm waited for 3 hours finally got myself checked for 6 mins consultation got an invoice of $150 and my insurance company just reimbursed $45. Pathetic services, rude staff and doctors, and no etiquettes at all.

Google MapsShiv at the reception was professional and friendly, managing a very busy medical centre with ease. He kept patients informed of wait times and was proactive in offering Telehealth appointments when appropriate.
