Google MapsFront staff receptionist person was not helpful at all. If someone is coming for emergency he/she expect a little cordial and supportive. They r least bothered and doctor queue is way long, waited for one hour still no response. Better to go kids hospital is u need urgent doctor attention

Google MapsI am a patient of Dr. Titus. He is extremely down-to-earth and kind, and every visit is a comforting and positive experience. He listens to my concerns patiently and always provides well-considered and appropriate treatment.

Google MapsVery disappointing experience and would not recommend coming here unless absolutely desperate with no other options. I attended to obtain a copy of a medical certificate that had already been issued by the practice and was told I would need to check in for another consult with the doctor just to have it reprinted. I wasn't requesting a new certificate or any changes. The receptionist did contact a doctor via phone, but the lack of empathy shown throughout the interaction was disappointing. In my experience, other medical centres can provide copies of existing certificates without issue. It also leaves me wondering whether Medicare would then be billed for what appears to be a simple administrative task, which hardly seems fair on taxpayers.

Google MapsThis is one of the worst doctors i have been to. I came to bring my daughter in as she is unwell but lucky i went to the counter to let them know we had been waiting more than 2 hrs to be seen and it was not full? when we did get seen by the doctor he told me that he called my daughters name and another patient said she was my daughter and confirmed all the details i said no we have been waiting to be seen? i just find that very alarming and that this should be looked into as no one should be confirming someone elses information and also the doctors should be checking to see if they are seeing the right patient?!. I found it very concerning and this should be looked into.

Google MapsAll the doctors are really good and provide excellent care. However, the reception staff need improvement—phone calls often go unanswered even after waiting for 45 minutes. I had a Telehealth appointment, missed the call, and when I tried to call back, no one answered. This is something that really needs to be addressed. That said, I’m still giving 5 stars for the doctors.
