Average wait times on this day of the week. I’ve rated 2 stars because of the old nurse who has short hair. She was very cranky and impatient. According to their signage, we are told to treat them with respect, but how about treating their patients with respect as well? It shouldn’t just be one way! I had my three kids with me, and there were toys in the treatment room that obviously caught the kids' attention. When she came in, she told us not to touch anything in the room. The way she spoke to other patients waiting was also ridiculously rude. Very cranky old woman!

I like to share my experience with our medical Marsden park. The receptionist all staff’s from Marsden park zero knowledge or manners.Doesn’t know how to speak to patients or how to welcome them properly.Bed attitude was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.staff lacks basic communication and customer service skills. Patients should be welcomed respectfully. Plus Dr Hasina Lovely gave us 2 minutes time for I pay $150 GP appointments.and The invoice they gave me missing important information about Invoice like MBS items number and now I’m keeping calling them no response.

Came in at 4:58pm, checked in sat down for the first available doctor, I wasn't seen until 7:25pm. In my 2 and a half hour wait I watched about 4 family walk through the door, say hi to the doctor like they were close, then just walk in to the exam room, over heard them then talking about not even having to check in because they were so close, dont bother with this place unless your willing to wait 2 hours, for a 5 minute issue.

This plate keep charging hell of money on Private patients. We have to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor who speak our language which is easy for parents to discuss with their matters. Spend less that 10 mins and charge $150. This is way too much. I now have to find another place for my parents. Not happy at all.

It’s a mixed medical centre but the quality of services are also mixed. Out of my 10 A/p, 3 went with 5-7 minute wait but rest were a series of disappointment with waiting. Dental was a complete trauma, won’t recommend it for kids with Dr. Faraz, no kid friendly technique, just do the job attitude, a fracture X-ray never showed up on system and I suffered hell of avoidable pain. Dr.Mohammad parvez was a complete disappointment, I came to get accessed for a potential fracture, despite of severe pain, he never did a physical examination, gave no painkillers, no medical certificate ! I am on BP medication and he asked me to take ibuprofen which is a contradictory in BP Patients and I told him that’s not recommended for me ! Simply offered Xray and that scan is not traceable at all (from PRP IMAGING HELPLINE). Have to visit again to the clinic to ask about my scan because no one answers my call and front desk can’t help. WORST!
