Pacify Plan Management

I can honestly say, Pacify is the best! When I was asked if I would like to share my experience with them, I had to jump at it - because they really have gone above and beyond for me. On top of the normal invoice paying, my plan manager in Pacify has helped me sort out issues with my plan, including hours on the phone with the NDIS for me. My plan is now sorted and back on track thanks to her. I definitely recommend Pacify for plan management.

Pacify is actually my fourth plan manager for my daughter's plan since April. I dealt with shocking plan managers previously who had no idea what they were doing and caused serious problems for me. The woman who looks after me at Pacify has been so nice and has spent the last couple of weeks helping me sort everything ouy. I think I have finally found a good plan manager who I can trust to take care of my daughter's plan properly. I am glad I swapped to them and encourage you to as well if you are with a subpar plan manager.

I have only been with Pacify a short time but it is going very smoothly. It all seems very efficient. When an invoice comes through for me, it appears in my mobile app, I press approve and it's paid the next day. My providers are very happy that they get paid the following day. They tell me that some plan managers can take weeks to pay. So in conclusion, I definitely recommend Pacify.

I only have good things to say about Pacify!! I receive a notification on my phone when an invoice arrives for me, check it in the app and it's then paid the next day. They do their job well and are so helpful when I have questions. 5 stars!
