Plan Partners

This was the second plan management company I tried and they were very rude

I have been using Plan Partners for over 2 years as the service provider for my daughters NDIS plan, my contact is Debbie Taylor and I am extremely happy with the guidance and assistance she has given me as I have navigated the NDIS system and how it can most benefit my daughter At times I have asked both difficult and simple questions and I am always met with a suitable outcome.

From provider perspective, they are pretty poor. They work with a participant I support and it feels like just pay anything without looking at it. Their turnaround on invoices is not too bad though which I appreciate.

As a busy service provider I work very closely with Plan partners regarding participants and NDIS. I prefer to work with and direct my clients to them if they are looking for Plan Managers or COS, as they are direct in their approach and when there are enquiries they get it sorted very quickly as they are well informed and educated in the NDIS.

beyond the spectrum provides supports to several clients that use Plan Partners as their support coordinator. I have only heard positive remarks and they all appear happy with the level of support coordination they receiving. I have referred clients to them and I have also had positive interactions.
