Sensory Connect

I can't speak highly enough about sensory connect and Joanne. I purchased some products from sensory connect for my 15 year old non verbal niece most items were perfect and she was really enjoying them. We had an slight issue with one item (appears to be a one off thing) but way it was dealt with was exceptional I am really please how Joanne went above and beyond to still ensure we were pleased with the service and toys or gadgets. I'm definitely buying from them again and my niece family are also very impressed in the way which any questions were handled so they've also started buying from sensory connect now. Fantastic shopping experience and very helpful owner who talked me through the age appropriateness of some of the different products over the phone so I could add them to my order. He even had the products delivered to me on short notice, definitely highly recommend this store!

The shopowner was busy the week for pickup, so he went out of his way to personally home-delivered the products to our house! Talk about customer service! 10 out of 10!
