I purchased some products from sensory connect for my 15 year old non verbal niece most items were perfect and she was really enjoying them. We had an slight issue with one item (appears to be a one off thing) but way it was dealt with was exceptional I am really please how Joanne went above and beyond to still ensure we were pleased with the service and toys or gadgets. I'm definitely buying from them again and my niece family are also very impressed in the way which any questions were handled so they've also started buying from sensory connect now.
