Sensory Street

If I could rate Sensory Street zero I would. I can not believe the unprofessional and incompetent behaviour I have recited from this business which has resulted in my son’s major Christmas present not arriving in time despite being purchased a month ago. Upon following up where the hell it is, I was sent an email that I needed to speak to the manufacturer, here is the number!!!! I’m sorry Sensory Street but I purchased the $600+ bubble tower through you! This is your problem to solve, Myer doesn’t redirect me to the manufacturer when their deliveries don’t arrive! I did call the manufacturer and the freight company who informed me they had emailed sensory street on 6 occasions to let them know the delivery was not successful and heard nothing from you. Why we were not contacted, called, emailed or provided any tracking information is mystifying and yet another display of their incompetence. Thank you for ruining my sons Christmas, my parents will now miss the look on his face when he receives their gift as the will be back in another state by the time it arrives and I really appreciate the apology and assistance from you regarding this matter THAT I GOT NONE OF! DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL HUMANS! Avoid!

Carol was so welcoming and knowledgeable and gave some great recommendations for my little ones. A great range of sensory toys, chewys and so much more. I loved that my kids could actually try out the toys before I committed to something else that would end up under the couch. We will absolutely be returning!

Such a fun and friendly place! Amazing items and the lady working (Carol) took the time to chat and help the kids find their goodies. Totally recommend this shop to everyone!!

All items re beautifully coloured. My grand kids don’t have them yet as they are for Christmas, my daughter put me on to these as all my grand children have medical issues so these should keep them calm and busy with their minds. All products are good quality. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend, they went out of their way to help me after another company really let me down. Great customer service, shipping was extremely fast. This is the 2nd or 3rd time purchasing we have the wobble stools, rocker chairs and the sensory sock and love then all.
