Snooze Frankston

James was very helpful catering to our needs for a new mattress. He showed us a variety of different price points and gave us feedback on what would suit us best. He gave us time to think about options.

We had such a great experience at Snooze Frankston thanks to Juliet! She spent her whole morning helping us with a big purchase! A brand new mattress and bed frame, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Juliet was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit. Nothing felt rushed, and she took the time to answer all our questions and guide us through the options. We were also super happy with the pricing, which made the whole experience even better. Couldn’t recommend her more, amazing service from start to finish!

James from Snooze Frankston was a delight to deal with . Delivery was a breeze and he even helped me with advice for an older bunk . 10 out of 10 . Would love to recommend to all !!

Went in the other day to look for a mattress for my new bed and in came Simon! He was straight onto it and super informative about all the mattresses, thankfully and thanks to Simon I was able to find the mattress I wanted and get it delivered! He was awesome and had the greatest customer service. He also didn’t make me feel like a fool as I didn’t know much about mattresses! Nonetheless thank you Simon for making it quite easy and amazing to find a mattress!

We recently purchased two mattresses from Jenni at Snooze Frankston and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jenni was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattresses rather than making a sale. She took the time to explain the different options, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a new mattress. Thanks again for all your help!
