During my first visit, Richard performed a partial nail avulsion on all four sides of my toenails. The procedure was quick and went smoothly. I came back for a few follow-up visits to monitor the healing process, and now my feet feel amazing—no more pain at all! I also saw Justin during one of my follow-ups, and he redressed my wounds with the same professionalism and kindness. Anna, the receptionist, was lovely and welcoming, and the clinic’s location is super convenient—it’s close to a pharmacy, so I could easily grab some Panadol after the procedure.
