I’m Dee Howard’s wife I was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease in June 2017. I had not been to a gym before - I quickly learnt that excercise was Vital. I had never heard of an excercise physiologist!!I I go twice a week and now actually look forward to it. I have 2 excercise physiologists who work with me so each professional comes from a different angle.The whole “outfit” is super professional and it does “add to the mix” that there such a positive buzz around the place.Excercise Physiology is an integral part of my treatment programme and Pace and the team deliver above and beyond my expectations.

Very supportive environment for all bodies and fitness/ability levels. Nathan is amazing - knowledgeable, patient and encourages you to (safely) go further than you thought you ever could.
