Summit Health Group

I have been going to Summit Malvern for about ten months and loving it! It’s thanks to Lou Politini that my confidence, strength, endurance and mindset keep improving. His knowledge, empathy, professionalism, care and passion for what he does are encouraging and motivating. I always look forward to my next session!

Summit is a fantastic place for rehab or general strengthening. Has been great for me getting some strength work in while recovering from a couple of minor niggles. Megan and Georgia are very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.

Summit health in Malvern has been amazing in keeping our son active, increasing his strength, balance and stamina. Not only physical changes have been made, but psychologically he has improved in mood and confidence. Des has been particularly helpful in this transformation. We are so grateful we found Summit health group. A friendly and supportive team with a small gym that’s less intimidating than large venues.

I have a really positive experience at summit Health Malvern. Everyone there is welcoming friendly and supportive which makes a great environment to exercise in. I work one on one with Des who is an exercise Physiologist and he has been fantastic. He is knowledgeable and really takes time to tailor the exercises to suit my needs. As someone in my 70’s this has really helped me build both strength and confidence. I would happily recommend Summit Health Malvern.
