The shipped product didn't match the description provided online. I contacted them to return the product and get a refund, they refused and changed their online description instead! Reply: Tassway, thank you for investigating my case and responding to my review. I suppose what you might have failed to notice during your investigation was that refund was only issued when I had to raise the mater to the office of fair trading when you refused to refund me & only then refund was issued.

They approached our child care centre a year ago and was able to offer us cheaper products than our previous supplier. 1 year has passed and we still use them. They offer next day delivery which is great for us because we're sometimes a bit last minute with our ordering. The Ladies there are lovely and always look after us.

We've been ordering with the company for 3 years now. No problems at all. Due to COVID-19 they had product shortage but despite of this issue , they have tried their best to deliver our items, offered alternative items if they have. They have friendly helpful staffs too!

I have received multiple calls trying to sell to me. The last few I asked them not to call me back, as I will call them to order anything. Just received another call, and when I said I would never buy from their company now, they hung up. I suppose we are both satisfied now.
