Amazing and helpful service

I booked with Xtreme Chemist Blacktown for Moderna Booster vaccine through Medadvisor for myself and my wife. We both received confirmation about the same. When we went in for booster shot, we found that a person across the counter did not had mask on him. We both signed paperwork confirming Moderna Booster vaccine to be given. After Vaccine was given we were asked to wait only for 5 mins (in previous occasions we were asked to wait for 15 minutes). When we checked our medicare record we both were given Pfizer Vaccine and we were not informed about it at all. Not happy with the process.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. I booked a booster shot according to their website and Medadvisor for 28th which turned out to be bogus as they were closed. So booked again for 29th which on their site said were open. Phoned in the morning to check, no one answered the phone. Called the Toongabbie branch to check they told me it was open and they were ok for booster shots. Went to Blacktown for the shot only to be told by the guy behind the counter, that he was closing and there were no shots. When i informed him that the website enabled the booking and even sent confirmation of the booking he said, not my problem, call the owner! I was upset and called the toongabbie branch again, they put me through to the manager, who asked me for my full name and said he would call me right back, then hung up. Now, 2 hours later, no call and no shot. People that run their business like that don't deserve to be in business. I will never go to or buy anything from ANY Xtreme Chemist pharmacy again!

Terrible parcelpoint. Lost (or kept) my parcel which shows it arrived at the chemist. I keep getting click and collect emails saying it's waiting to be picked up but they barely look for it (5 second glance at the floor is not looking for a parcel). They have either lost it or kept it themselves. EDIT: yes, I contacted parcel point twice - it should he with you. Still getting the click and collect notifications.
