After many years with another provider we felt it was time to move. I'm so happy I discovered Ace! The staff are all amazing. Marina is so helpful with everything admin. Mathilda and Ruth are wonderful therapists, who my boys immediately took to and showing progress and consolidation of skills immediately. It's a great space with lots of equipment.

Ace Therapy, you should be incredibly proud of your team - Lehanne and Audrey have been absolutely amazing with our son and their level of support cannot be measured. We are so very grateful and thankful they came our way. We have constant communication with both team members and the weekly detailed progress reports are just fabulous. Both therapists are kind, gentle, patient and so caring - our son feels incredibly safe and at ease, which is a wonderful relief for us. We can't wait to see him continue to grow and thrive which the support of the amazing ladies. Thank you

This therapy service is amazing, my daughter is currently receiving physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy weekly, the staff are amazing at what they do and have helped my daughter come so far already. They also listen to any concerns I have and are always there to help us and guide us to better understand what is going on and give great Knowledge/tools of ways we can better help at home in between sessions. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Very unprofessional center, super rude management. Therapist don’t turn up to the sessions with any warning. The way they bill is completely wrong. For places like this is that NDIS has been reviewed because they screw the system and charge for things they shouldn’t . NDIS should conduct an audit to centers like this one.

I believe Ace Therapy Services should be reported to the NDIS for their billing practices. They charged for almost everything possible including preparation time, short emails to clients, and even communication between members of their own therapy team. I understand that session fees and travel costs are normal for home services, but charging clients for every small administrative task that should reasonably be part of running a business feels excessive and unfair. I already sent a complaint email about this, but it was never taken seriously. They continued insisting that every single activity taking the therapist’s time must be billed to the client. Since changing providers, I’ve experienced the complete opposite. My current provider only charges for actual therapy sessions and approved travel, nothing more. The difference in professionalism and transparency is huge. Everything I’ve written here is truthful and based on my personal experience. I use a different account name for reviews, so it is understandable if they are unable to identify me as a previous client. I would never return to this kind of service again. Edit in response to the owner’s reply: We contacted the NDIS representative who was handling our case and were advised that general preparation time, emails to parents/clients, and communication between members of the provider’s own therapy team should normally be considered part of the provider’s operational responsibilities and not separately billed to participants, unless it involves substantial formal work such as an FCA report, progress report, plan reassessment report, or other major documentation requiring significant professional time. Our concern was never about being charged for legitimate therapy services. It was the extent of billing for small administrative tasks, short emails, and internal communications, which we personally found excessive and unreasonable. You mentioned that these practices support “high-quality clinical outcomes,” however our current provider does not charge us for these kinds of activities and still provides a significantly higher level of support, communication, transparency, and overall care than we previously experienced.
