Achieve Therapy

My daughter has been attending Achieve Therapy since 2025, and we have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are amazing, caring, and hardworking. My daughter has made incredible progress and has improved so much since starting therapy. Charlotte, Trizia, and Heidi are all amazing therapists, and my daughter absolutely loves them. She truly enjoys her sessions and is always excited and looking forward to attending. I only wish we had started sooner. I am so grateful to all three therapists for the wonderful job they are doing and for the positive impact they have had on my daughter’s development.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The way the business is designed- no reception on site- It makes it impossible to get in contact with them. Multiple calls over weeks, no one contacting me back means issues never get resolved- including handover of information to new speech pathology company being ignored for weeks.

Top notch! Therapists are passionate about their jobs, on time, and committed to making change.

It’s the worst customer service every you have to wait 3 weeks for ( relationship manger) to book an appointment the representative can’t book you in every day says they will back to me ( I have not visited them but I wait more than 2 weeks to book an appointment this is disrespectful

I've been coming here for years and still do with all my children. Very good service and therapists that my kids love. Great support network too.
