Achieve Therapy

My son attending both speech therapy with Caroline and occupational therapy with Noor since 11 months, both are fantastic and very helpful and my son improved a lot after joining, lucky to found this place and also receptionist they doing great job too.

My son see Noor for Occupational Therapy. She is excellent. He really likes her too which is great. Her treatment is very tailored to exactly what he needs. Feeling lucky to have found her.

I heard mixed reviews about Thi clinic from several people but thought I'll try it out myself as its so close. Started off OK, the speech therapist passed us onto her colleague after only a few weeks. The second speech therapist was good, my son connected with her. But then came the billing, once I was approved for NDIS they will try everything they can to scam you out of the money. She started billing me for emails, things she rote up during the session. And don't even bother do travel sessions, not only would she arrive 15 mins late, she would be out of the child care centre at least 2 mins before end of the session. To top it all off, she will still charge you the full hour even though she was there 25 mins. This was a regular occurrence too so not a one off. And then came the travel fees, the centre is on the same block from this clinic (we share the same carpark) but yet we were getting charged travel to and from the centre (15-20 mins each way). There is a language barrier with the receptionist so communication isn't the easiest, but I waited over 6 weeks for someone to give me a call back regarding the ridiculous invoices that I was receiving after several calls to them but of course they happily called me several times in 1 week after I left to remind me of the unpaid invoices. Also would like to mention the receptionist is super rude over the phone. The manager that did eventually speak to me was lovely and listened to all my concerns which I must commend. Overall I do not recommend.

The staff at reception are very welcoming and organised . They were able to book all my sessions for a year and reminders where sent few days prior to the appointment time. The therapists are very professional and up to date with all new methods and techniques . They do regular hook setting sessions with parents to review needs , strengths and weaknesses. They go above and beyond to help children and parents as well. The place is clean and well ventilated. I highly recommend this clinic 😊 ( I used occupational therapy services)

We have been attending Achieve Therapy for four years now and we have had some fantastic therapists working with my son on occupational therapy and speech therapy. We have worked together on his development in both a clinic and school setting and have seen him develop in leaps and bounds. In what is a challenging part of our lives, thank you to the therapists and receptionists for making our time at Achieve so easy for us.
