Thank you guys for your support, helping me throughout the hardest time of my life, in 21 almost 22 years of living now.. I left a nasty review, which I have now removed and edited, because when you’re upset & frustrated in life, you say things, do things and use horrible actions at times, which is out of your character. I was definitely out of my character. I had some amazing support workers from @ABI Services. Young, happy & uplifting carers, thanks to these workers, who helped me, stood up for me, uplifted me, most importantly made me smile and happy. A Distressing Decline in Service As a client for eight years, I’m appalled by the deterioration of this organization. Communication from my case manager is nonexistent, and services are frequently dropped with less than 24 hours’ notice, leaving me in a lurch. Management show a lack of empathy and understanding for those with brain injuries. Client needs no longer a priority. If you’re seeking reliable care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This organization has lost its way.
