Google MapsThis clinic is so difficult to deal with. First I tried calling more than three times and couldn’t get through to even make an appointment. Then when i was finally able to get through and make an appointment, it turned out the OT wasn’t even available that day, so we had communications sent that the appointment was moved to an alternative day. Which I couldn’t make as I was working away, my husband took our son to the appointment, to be told that it was cancelled. We were told there was availability on the following Thursday, to then be told there was nothing available when we called less than an hour later. My husband then booked on Wednesday, to then be told that the OT works from home on Wednesday, and the other, finishes work at 11. I’m taking my son to an OT to try and get help, but it’s been nothing but a nightmare.
