Google MapsI cannot recommend the Team at Advanced Neuropsychological Treatment Services highly enough. They are extremely professional, considerate, and compassionate, and above all, great communicators. There were no surprises along our journey for the Psych evaluation we needed to undertake. Easy access, good location, and easy parking, and public transport access, all of which was communicated very effectively.

Google MapsThe assessment wasn’t easy for me and it took longer than expected to get through some parts, but practitioner was patient, understanding, and compassionate the whole time. I never felt rushed or judged. The report used terms and descriptions for my difficulties that I would never have come across on my own. Because of that I’ve finally started to make sense of things in a way I couldn’t before. It’s been a difficult process at times, but a really important one. I’m grateful for the clarity it’s given me and for the direction it’s starting to provide. There’s still a long way to go, but I at least feel like I now have something solid to work with instead of just trying to get by. I wouldn’t understand my TBI the way I do now if I hadn’t gone through this and I wouldn’t have these details to update my GP and other specialists.
