As a Support Coordinator, I have consistently observed participants feeling relaxed, supported, and genuinely happy within this SIL accommodation. The staff go above and beyond to ensure participants are well cared for across all aspects of their wellbeing. They take a strengths-based approach, focusing on each participant’s abilities and individual goals, while actively encouraging skill development, independence, and self-care. I highly recommend this provider, as I have personally witnessed meaningful improvements in participants’ quality of life across multiple areas.
