My child has been referred to Sarah Ng. I could not recommend her more highly. We have had a few visits and my child connected straight away and opened up immediately. We are seeing her now on a regular basis and her knowledge is invaluable and we have so many answers in a short time. My child had slipped through the gaps not anymore. She is highly professional, dedicated, and consistently goes above and beyond to help the children and their families. Joanna was absolutely amazing to deal with. Listened to my concerns with regards to my client and understood the importance of getting him linked up to a speech therapist and OT as soon as possible and she made it all happen without any hiccups. very professional and easy process. Very disappointed with this allied heath company, NDIS participants, do not even waste your time with this organisation. They have a very high staff turnover, which shows that as an organisation, they are terrible to work for, they treat their workers poorly, and their current staff don’t even know how to do the job they are meant to do. Like most NDIS providers, they take participants funding without providing full service. The participant who I support, had money taken out of their funding, for reports, and has not received any reports. I’m sure the NDIA will be impressed with this company and I’m sure the media will love a good story about another NDIS rort.

Money grab especially when it’s funded via ndis you’ll get charged for anything and everything 1 minute conversation turned into a $45 bill. Cancelled an appointment with notice and still got billed. Moving services and got charged to release paperwork which takes 2 seconds but charged like $200. No wonder why the government is cracking down on ndis ! From companies like these ! Don’t trust them.
