Do NOT use this provider. AMC Care is disorganised and dysfunctional. They do not provide adequate support nor communication. Expect chaos, fraudulent invoicing and lack of duty of care. They will promise much but provide very little. Substandard service and will overcharge at every opportunity and use a years worth of funding in less than 6 months. I am now homeless and as a result had to euthanise my 3 support animals, no NDIS funding due to fraudulent invoicing and overcharging. All within less than 6 months. Beware of this company!!

Exceptional service! The team went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with care and professionalism. As a parent with a child with health conditions and sourcing the benefits to support him, with AMC care I have felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate NDIS provider.
