Ascent Support Care has been very supportive and professional overall. The staff are caring, respectful, and always willing to listen to my needs. Their services have made a big difference in daily life and community activities. Sometimes there are small delays with scheduling, which could be improved, but the team usually handles it well once informed. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable NDIS provider.
