We’ve had a great experience with Ask Community Support Services. The staff are caring, respectful, and always go the extra mile to support participants and their families.

I have been so grateful to be assisted by this company in my daily life. They have been flexible to my fluctuating schedule, friendly in every interaction, and helped me tackle tasks that would usually overwhelm me. Things like choosing a fancy outfit, making breakfast plans, checking my emails, sorting my kitchen area to be more functional, and helping me with my house cleaning have all made space for relaxation and recovery in my life. Mo and Jess have been very helpful in my process of seeking out care that I need week each week. I definitely recommend them for care for any of your care needs.

I would recommend Ask Communities to anybody needing support I was in one of the worst times of my life I just found out that my health situation was declining and I was even without housing Ask Communities went above and beyond supporting me through such a difficult time whether it was taking me to my appointments helping me with every aspect of my life I can truly say that the team there are all so caring there a special lot from the reception to all of the support workers and especially Mo who is making everything happen whether it’s respite or helping explain the ndis as it’s so overwhelming to navigate . I can say though that I would not be here today if it wasn’t for ask communities . Myself and my 5 kids all owe where we are today to the care and support we received .

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and support provided to my child with a disability. The support workers provide excellent duty of care , professionalism, kindness, dedication, respect, patience and love. Their services have been invaluable to our family as working parents caring for a child with a disability.
