I’ve been using Aspect as my plan manager’s since becoming a participant on the NDIS. I genuinely recommend them as not only a plan managment team, but as a group of people who have actual experience with working with people with disabilities. The individualised service and support given is unparalleled. My invoices and reimbursements are paid in an extremely timely fashion (to both myself and my providers), any questions about NDIS plan guidelines and rules are explained in a kind and easy to understand way. Big thanks to Katie, Tonisha, Mary and the rest of the team for their consistency, understanding of the importance of their job and guidance through what isn’t always a fun or easy system.

Such an amazing kind caring, diligent, quick responsive team who take the confusion out of being confused. Have always felt important and cared for and would highly recommend. Staff are never too busy to answer questions and make you feel validated. I am grateful for finding such a genuine team.

Aspect takes diligent due care of all aspects of my account. They are quick yet accurate, supportive yet objective. But most importantly they indulge my silly quirks without judgement. They're professional caring individuals.

Aspect management follow up with my plan, provide advice on my questions, as well as annual check in with me. Prior the plan budget, I was also properly supported which was a great help.
