I highly recommend. I scheduled a sport physical online for my son just 2.5 hours prior to the appointment as he was sent home from practice because he did not have his papers. Getting the appointment so quickly was a huge relief for both of us. The staff were nice, helpful and personable making us feel welcomed. We were in/out within 20 minutes with signed papers. This location has their routine down as it was well organized, clean, each staff member knew their role and were thorough in their work. Thank you so much! You were all amazing!

My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I arrived at approximately 9:45 a.m. and checked in. There was only one patient ahead of me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was called back for my blood pressure, vital signs, and temperature to be taken. I was then placed in an examination room, where I waited approximately 30 minutes before being seen by the doctor regarding an abscess. During the visit, the abscess was not drained and, in my opinion, was not thoroughly evaluated. I was not provided with a referral to a dentist, nor was I advised to seek evaluation in an emergency room despite the infection. The doctor pressed on the area of my gums where the infection is located, which caused significant discomfort. I was prescribed amoxicillin and pain medication, but I left the appointment concerned that the underlying issue was not adequately addressed and that I was not given appropriate guidance regarding further treatment options.

Excellent experience and very quick. Had a great experience here when my son's insurance was turned away at the UPMC urgent care. We saw this place on the side of Linglestown Rd and thought we'd try it. They accepted my son's insurance and had us in a room within 5 minutes of entering.

Was out of town and had to get meds for shingles. The place was very clean. The staff was very quick and knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. Guided on EVERYTHING. Would trust them with my life. Would go back if needed to.

All around wonderful experience. I'm glad I chose to go to this urgent care. The service was quick & efficient. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. The NP was extremely knowledgeable & compassionate. I highly recommend this place!
