Google MapsAssistive Living Solutions were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They responded to all of my emails promptly, and they kept me up to date regarding the delivery of my items via email and phone call. When I couldn’t work out how to set up the shower chair properly, they sent a technician out to my house the same day that I contacted them, without me even requesting this (note that this was not the same day that the items were delivered). The technician was friendly and non-judgmental when explaining how the shower chair worked and why one leg is different to the others (to allow adjustments in recessed wet areas). The items arrived in perfect condition (all set up issues were user error on my part). I would highly recommend Assistive Living Solutions, and I will definitely be ordering from them again if needed.
