Delivered three times to the wrong address despite informing them of address via email and telephone calls. Have often delivered past delivery date and sometimes only when I follow up with a reminder phone call. Long wait times on hold when phoning and the company had a name change without notifying clients so that I thought I had called the wrong number. Very poor customer service. I only stay with them because I like the product.
