Google MapsI would advise anyone thinking if signing up with this company to forget it.. I met Naveed at the meet and greet and assured him that I would send my current plan to him. I did that and then i signed the service agreement not with him but online. After this Naveed was hounding me for a copy of my PBS old or new and my FCA old or new. I couldn't get someone for the first shift as Naveed advised it was short notice and they needed to 'train' the worker before they came. He told me that someone would definitely be coming for my second shift so i extended it from missing out on the first shift. This isn't going to happen as Naveed said they needed that FCA and PBS stuff before a worker could come out as it was part of their internal process. What if i didn't have this stuff? Would they still have provided support? Why can't they listen to the participant verbally telling them about their diagnosis and get some support going till the trust is there? Naveed also told me that they have 'conflict resolution' (although he didn't use that terminology) in their company and this is non existent. Why does Naveed think he can find the perfect worker after reading some documents? It doesn't make sense because even if the worker is informed about my diagnosis, 98% don't even know what it stands for let alone what it is. They can't be perfect or trained up just from reading some documents so i can't have support yet if i had lied and told Naveed I didn't have them, I believe I would still be allowed to have workers. I also asked him if he needed my bra size,my bank statements for my whole life and how many times I have had sex recently....but he didn't answer. This is wrong that you have to lie about your life to get support... I should have told Naveed i don't have those documents and a worker would still be coming. Lying is not good or not healthy and this is a huge red flag... Naveed was only really interested in the monies in my plan as all his notes were figures not about my diagnosis and what was actually needed with DBT training etc. Not even 1 Star ⭐
